Short film is where most feature filmmakers start out, where they formulate ideas and develop their style. This year the word about Salford has spread far and wide, and we‘ve had short films submitted not just from the region, but from all over the world. In compiling our Caught Short Programmes this year, we have tried to reflect Salford’s increasingly international profile, while retaining our regional focus.
